This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and other purchases made directly through Astrospace, operated by Individual Entrepreneur ALEKSEI GERASIMOV, registered in Georgia under identification number 302335266 on 11/02/2025 by LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, with an address at Georgia, Tbilisi, Chughureti district, Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili street, N52, Attic. This policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.
Because Astrospace is a digital service that provides access immediately after purchase, refunds are limited. Charges for the billing period you have already begun are generally not refundable; you may cancel your subscription to avoid further renewals, as explained below.
Mandatory consumer-protection rules in some jurisdictions—including rights relating to defective digital content, billing errors, or statutory cooling-off periods where they apply—are not waived by this policy. Nothing here limits refunds or remedies required by applicable law or by Dodo Payments where its rules apply.
1. Digital Nature of the Service
Paid plans provide access to digital features, content, and functionality that are delivered immediately upon successful payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying access to a digital service and not a physical good.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the Subscription section in your profile, via the billing portal provided by Dodo Payments (for example using "Manage subscription" checkout links we provide), or by contacting us at gerasimov.alexey1994@gmail.com.
- Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Unless required by law, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
- You will keep access to paid features until the then-current paid term ends, unless your purchase is refunded or your account is terminated under the Terms and Conditions.
3. When Refunds May Be Available
We may issue a refund in the limited circumstances below, subject to verification and applicable law.
3.1 Initial Purchase Courtesy Refund
You may request a one-time courtesy refund within 72 hours of your first paid purchase if all of the following are true:
- It is your first paid transaction for the Service;
- The request is made within 72 hours of the charge;
- You did not make substantial use of paid-only features before requesting the refund.
For purposes of this policy, "substantial use" means meaningful consumption of paid benefits, such as generating a material amount of premium-only content or otherwise receiving a significant portion of the value of the plan.
3.2 Technical Failure
If a verified technical problem on our side materially prevents access to paid features and we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, we may issue a full or partial refund, service credit, or other appropriate remedy.
3.3 Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same billing period or were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error, we will correct the error and, where appropriate, refund the improper charge.
4. When Refunds Are Generally Not Available
Unless required by law, refunds are generally not provided for:
- Renewal charges after the applicable cancellation deadline;
- Requests made more than 72 hours after the initial purchase;
- Partial billing periods or unused subscription time;
- Purchases where substantial use of paid-only features already occurred;
- One-time or promotional offers we may run separately from recurring plans, if described at purchase;
- Accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, or material violations of the Terms and Conditions.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address;
- The date and amount of the charge;
- The plan purchased (Weekly, Monthly, Annual, or other described at checkout);
- A short explanation of the request;
- Any supporting details that may help us verify billing or technical issues.
6. Refund Review and Processing
- We typically review refund requests within 5 business days.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
- Your bank, card network, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
- If a refund is issued, access to the refunded paid features may end immediately.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed and may affect eligibility for future purchases.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase will apply to that transaction, unless a change is required by law. Material updates will be posted in the Service with a revised effective date.
